Thank you very much for the Dogmatic. We practised in the house for a while and then I decided to go to the post office which is not far away. Suddenly he decided to walk with me. It was marvellous! A dog trotting along to heel and there was no pain in my shoulder. Instead of the planned 10 minutes we carried on for over an hour and he was perfectly happy.

Thank you for your help over the phone - you have another very happy customer. I shall be happy to tell others about this - just as I was told by another dog walker.

Just wanted to say the Dogmatic harness is brilliant. I gave birth

To my first baby 2 weeks ago and have been recovering every since. My 2 yr old Dobermann, Macy, is very strong and pulls a bit on the lead

And today I've managed to walk a little bit for the first time since the birth without Macy pulling. I've used other headcollars before but this is the first one that doesn't seem to rub into her eyes.

What a godsend it is. Hopefully when I'm up to walking more it will be much more pleasurable now I have the collar.

Here is a picture of our dog. His name is Old Shatterhand vom Springer-Clan AKA Chad. He is 11 months and his hobby WAS pulling on his leash. Now it’s fun to walk with him. He is a very scared dog because he once almost drowned in a canal. Now he is very calm on the leash when he wears his Dogmatic! For him it gives him a bit more peace of mind and confidence.

So he is happy and we are also very happy! We have tried him on another make of Headcollar but that wasn’t good for his eyes, because that rode in his eye. Chad is a showdog, so his eyes must be good.

Hi we are Chris and Claire from Valrorik Gsd.

We have purchased 3 of your Head Collars in the past and have recommended them to members of our Breed Club in Norwich who have been impressed with their use especially when controlling problem dogs as they have witnessed their use and the calming effect they have(on both owner and dog).
My wife Claire has recently demonstrated their use on a'Dog Aggressive'problem dog and although we know it is not a miracle cure, the transformation was miraculous (The words used by the Club Secretary).
We have also recommended them to others away from the breed club.

Received my dogmatic yesterday. First of all I was delighted with the design and the quality, and then I put it to the test!!!
Dakota was absolutely brilliant, I knew at the stat of the walk he would struggle and fight to get it off, after about 15 minutes he got used to it and the walk was a treat, for a while I was dreading having to walk him as he is getting so big and very strong, he was constantly pulling and never tired and no matter how hard I tried I never had a nice walk with him he’s not a bad malamute infact he is very well behaved and well trained.

Yesterday the malamutes and me walked for an hour and a half and if it wasn’t for me getting tired I could have walked another two hours!!!

Thank you I just wish I had heard of you months ago!!

"What a wonderful invention this headcollar is..."

Hello there,

I just want to say a huge thank you, on Saturday I purchased a Dogmatic headcollar, I chose the cushioned webbing one for my Boxer boy who is 3 years old and pulls like a train! No matter what I've used in the past nothing has been really helpful, most moved up on his face and became uncomfortable so were in effect useless. As I say on Saturday at the show I purchased on, he wasn't too sure about it at first but I walked him through his apprehension, withing an hour we were walking nicely, oh what a treat that was! Charlie only ever pulls at shows, once he's in the ring he's wonderful, but getting him to the ring has become a nightmare because I have RSI and the pulling always left me with days of agonizing pain. What a wonderful invention this headcollar is, the size was correct too size 4 fits him beautifully!!!! I'm so impressed I'm going to purchase another for my Standard Poodle!!! Thank you again, fantastic "Dogmatic"

Just wanted to let you know how absolutely delighted we are with this product. Saw them on other dogs on Saturday at the "All about Dogs" Show. Spoke to owners and to the guy on the "Scrufts" stand. I thought - anything's worth a try.
We have a year old Old English Sheepdog who pulls like mad - even on a full choke collar. Walking him was a challenge until he was worn out and had stopped pulling.
My daughters - 11 & 9 - could not hold him.
I went home and got my dog and took him back to the show with me. He was so excited with all that was going on and the other dogs around that he was hard to control. Went to Scrufts stand, had him fitted with the Synthetic Leather Dogmatic - he jerked about and pawed it for a few minutes but I just walked him around in it. No pulling - instant control! The difference has been so amazing - it's like having a completely different dog with us.
Even my daughters can now walk him on pavement and in park and I am confident with them doing this. It's hard to believe that something so light can have such an effect. It's really weird that you control him from below his mouth rather than keep yanking his neck. It must surely be so much more comfortable for him too.
Two days later, he happily lets us put it on and it's still having the desired effect - just hope it lasts!!
Of all the things we've bought since we have had him - this is the best, and most value for money. I will certainly recommend this to everyone with similar problems.

Thank you very much, for such prompt service. I had just started using a figure of 8 headcollar on my Rhodesian Ridgeback, when I lost it, and could not find a replacement. I found your product on the internet and thought I would give it a try, I have jus t come back from Kito's first walk with it and have found it excellent. He is a large strong dog who has pulled me over a couple of times, but with the Dogmatic he trotted along like a little lamb. Thank you for such prompt service, 2 from ordering to receiving it, very helpful staff on the telephone. Thanks again, I will recommend it to other RR owners.

"It doesn't ride up his muzzle to his eyes..."

Just like to inform you that we received the package on Tuesday, and the headcollar and collar both fit Samson fine, and they look great on him.
As the Golden Retriever is a soft mouthed dog, the padding on the headcollar works really well and doesn't cause the discomfort that the Halti used to.
Also, it doesn't ride up his muzzle to his eyes, which also used to irritate him (and me!!).
I have recommended Dogmatic to people at a grooming class that I attend, and also all the "doggie" people that I know.

‘A Huge THANK YOU. The service was first class! The lady I spoke to was polite, informative, helpful and a pleasure to speak with. I ordered the headcollar one afternoon and was so pleasantly surprised when it turned up in the post the next morning!
My dog certainly seems more comfortable in the Dogmatic. My husband commented that the headcollar was a fine example of workmanship.’
‘I have been so impressed with the high quality and excellent fit. Both my Borzoi’s are friendly, confident and reasonably well behaved dogs – but I often walk a five mile round trip to my children’s school with one on each side of my pushchair.
Because they are such big dogs, I’ve used a headcollar to ensure that if they do suddenly pull or veer sideways they don’t take the pushchair with them!
I’ve used other headcollars in the past but I’ve had a lot of problems, particularly with the nose strap riding up into their eyes which they naturally find uncomfortable and annoying.
I admit to being hesitant to paying over £20 for a Dogmatic, which I didn’t know would be any better or not.
However, since trying it I regard it as one of the best £20’s I’ve ever spent – the quality and workmanship alone would be worth it, but the fact that my dog is happy and very comfortable in it and it gives excellent and easy control, make it one of the best dog products I have used and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
It’s just so much easier to walk with a Borzoi that isn’t constantly nudging and rubbing it’s head in your armpit in an attempt to get comfortable!!!
