Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please use our return form using the buttons below. Account holders can manage their returns via your account. Purchases via Guest checkout, please use the guest return form. Once your return or exchange has been approved, return your order enclosing either a copy of your Invoice or a letter containing your full contact details and Invoice number requesting either an exchange or refund.

How to exchange?

Unsuitable goods must be returned in new and fit for resale condition in original packaging with return postage within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We will happily exchange standard sizes if the sizing proves incorrect for your dog. If you have any queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help. Please ensure you have the correct size before use as we will not be able to accept returns that are not fit for resale.

We are happy to exchange or refund items found unsuitable, providing the item is unused, in pristine condition for resale, in original undamaged packaging with labels/tags attached.

The cost of return postage to us is the responsibility of the Customer. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items sent back which become lost in the postal system so it is advisable to return items by recorded/registered post.

Please do not remove labels or treat the leather until you are certain you are keeping your purchase. Please retain packaging for returns. Products are based on our own intellectual property rights and we retain absolute copyright of these, actionable in law for any breaches thereof.
